1. Clubs will elect a District Governor-Elect, a Treasurer, and a Secretary at our District Convention (Apr 25-27) 
2. PI's Bylaws give clubs the privilege (by majority vote of the membership) to nominate qualified nominees for district office from clubs within the district. 
3. A club may submit nominees from any club to the Nominating Committee.
4. Attached are the following for your reference and review so you can properly manage the nomination process with your clubs:
